Welcome to the Pennsylvania Fraternal Order of Constables.

The purposes of the Pennsylvania Fraternal Order of Constables include: educating members and the general public about public safety issues and procedures; promoting professional training opportunities for members; promoting a more professional cadre of constables through mentoring, sharing of knowledge, and specific public safety training; promoting and strengthening bonds between constables and local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies; supporting the improvement of the office of constable in the eyes of the public; building a brotherhood of constables without regard to race, religion, creed, color, gender, or national origin.

We’re YOUR organization: the PAFOC.   If you like the way we think and the direction we’re headed, here’s how to go about joining the PAFOC.

Send these four items to the address provided below:

1. completed application,
2. signed non-disclosure form,
3. photocopy of your drivers license,
4. dues.

Please send your mail to 5120 Derry Street, Suite 4287 Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 171111.   Once your application is processed and a background check obtained, you will be notified by e-mail that your membership has been approved.  Sorry: no faxes will be accepted.

Checks returned from the bank for non-sufficient funds will result in a charge of $35.00 to the person who submitted the check.

Current members renewing membership will need to fill out a renewal application form. Make your check or money order in the amount of $75.00 payable to PAFOC.
